Before I do this the hard way... is there a CC Program that will accomplish this? (or at least similar)
I want a present a dropdown list (or even a slide bar window) of files for download. Ideally it would just look at a folder and list all of the .pdf files available. I'm trying to avoid the need to edit a web page, update / add / remove links etc...
Thanks,
/RB

Is this what you're talking about:

"Look I finally made myself a signature!"

This is probably the most horrible example I could find but...

A pretty one of those.
Basically I create a front end page one time. Then simply by adding or removing the files themselves the list of downloadable files change.
In my case I just want to make this easier...

I have about 50 files but no way I'm sitting here creating a link for each one.
I'm reading about scripts now to see if I can make any sense of it. I was hoping CC just had something that would do the trick.
If you got ideas, share them.

Well the code at the bottom of that example page does have some styling setups in it so that may actually be what you are looking for even though their page looks pretty cut and dry, I think you could style that code pretty much any way you'd want it to be for the most part.

i think what your looking for is a dynamic menu that updates based on info contained within a database, such as latest news tab retrieve latest news etc, i very much doubt this could be done without a backend data base to store the info and return the requested or updated information.
This would be a lot more advanced than looking for a third party script to return a menu based on the contants of a folder, http://www.webdsign.biz
