Hiya Chance,

Nice site, looks great, only 2 things I would suggest:

1. Lose the music or at least give people a way to turn it off. I love the Mission Impossible theme same as millions of people do, but getting it forced on you when visiting a site is one of the fastest ways to lose your visitors. Many people don't like music blaring at them at all let alone no way to turn it off. So give a way to turn it off or consider removing it.

2. Add a Home link to your menu, you have all the others, and although it's nice that your home page link is in your logo it's not quite the same as a full out Home link on the menu.

That's all I could see for the moment, looks really clean and covers a lot of what the site stands for, good job :)

Hi Chance,
I agree with Jo Ann, it's a very nice site but with a few flaws - not that there's such a thing as a perfect site mind.

I would just like to say also about the horizontal scrolling at the bottom. I'm afraid for me that's a no no. Vertical scrolling is fine, but when something isn't "plumb" at the bottom it looks unbalanced. Did you make this with VSD?

What scrolling? You must have a ten inch monitor. :)

At 1100 px wide, it displays fine on my laptop, but has to be horiz. scrolled on my netbook.
Chance - You do know everyone can read your code - don't you? Were you having a hard time with that header image file?

no horizontal scrolling on my end either, I'm on a 22 in. monitor though so that is probably why lol.

Now that is funny.

Mmm... that's very strange. On both a 19in PC monitor and a 14in laptop they both show horizontal scrolling.
I asked the question whether Chance uses VSD because sites designed with it, on my screen tend to show up as horiz scrolling. My settings are just a normal 1024x768, anyone have any ideas why that would be??

I would agree. Naming the pic "TOP "Beep!" TRUCK FINAL" makes it look like you have a lot of pent up anger. Isn't the 939 px width causing the scroll for some screens. Or maybe the IMG_49.jpg at 948 px.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I've noticed a lot of VSD sites tend to be rather wide - more than 1000px across (even 1800px!).
I think some new designers design for their own monitor (with their own fonts as well).
Anyway, the 1100px wide container div is positioned left 82px rather than centered. Also, the white "page" is just 948px wide, so there's quite a bit of unnecessary empty space around it.

Chance - You could use the page background feature to add the white area as an actual background (Page Properties>Page Background) floating over the gradient. Click on the center page option so it won't be "locked" a certain distance from the left of the screen.

Have to agree with Jo Ann:

Thanks everyone! Yes i did use VSD. Haha oops ill have to rename that i was getting a bit frustrated while making it. I plan on adding a mute button to the opening that's just what the owner wanted. What do you mean by everyone can read my code? Like while its opening or when you select an image or what? The width issue i plan to resolve soon as well i wasn't aware you could set a background image on the over all site with this one i added the background as an image and layered everything over it.
