I have used form builder 8.1 to build a form and have included it in a web page on my site.

However when i fill out the form and try to email it i keep getting the following error

We're sorry but we were unable to send your e-mail. If you are sure that you entered all your email addresses properly, you should contact your server administrator.

First thing to check before diving in too deep.
If you are sending email via PHP check your PHP version with your server provider it must be 4.7 or higher. Dave Butler
