This is about visualsite designer I was wondering if anybody knows how to put a video file on a webpage I do not know how to transfer it to the actual program. If you know how to please get back to me as soon as possible I am on a deadline.
I read your post in the other forum and have tried this. It is very easy in HTML EDitor, but am unable to achive the same results in VSD. It may be that I needed to upload in VSD for it to work. I used this bit of code <img border="0" dynsrc="video.mpeg" start="fileopen"> which worked great.
Anyhow, I would suggest emailing the Customer Care. They are great and usually offer a very quick response (as long as they are open - check the time and make sure it is office hours).

I hope that CC will develope a utility to turn video into flash, perhaps include it as part of Firestarter, or HTML Editor, or evn as a stanalone product.
You never know.

If your web site is finished apart from introducing the Video clips, then you could always open your web site in HTML Editor, load up your video clips in that programme, then upload your web site. You could alway download the HTML Editor Trial version to give it a go and see if it works for you.
