I've used VSD to create a series of menu buttons on the left. They all have mouseovers.
The site in question is www.SantasWoods.com.

I'd like to try to speed it up using DHTML Menus which would be mostly text then.
I can get the white text on red and I can get the red text on white mousever with DHTML. I can even get the spacing between the menu items with the green background.

But what I can't figure out is how to get my rounded corners back. All I can get is rectangular menu boxes.
It seems to me that I could used 2 red images (left rounded end, right rounded end) with a mouseove of 2 white images.

This would greatly speed it up as there are more than 300 button files. While they are not large, each is 4.91K and it slows down loading.

Does any one have any suggestions?

The DHTML program itself does not generate rounded corners, but you can use images with rounded corners in place of the text.
