Most secured access sites have a method of being able to retrieve a lost password. Is there something similar in Website Access Manager. My local genealogy society is implementing WAM in an effort to control access to some material so only members have access to it. Right now, the only way to do that is to complete a form requesting the password and have the webmaster respond via email - a slow process that is very frustrating to someone who wants access right now.

When asked for PASSWORD click on "LOST PASSWORD". Give your email address in next step and Coffee Cup will immediately email you a link to make a new password which will be assigned immediately to sign on.

WAM does not have that capability at this time. This would require a backend database and an Admin area, which the program does not have at the moment.

Hope that helps!
