I don't get whats up. I have uploaded access mgr to the site and it has worked in the past but not now. It says upload complete. I open a new browser and still getting forbidden page when I go there.
Any ideas?

Hard saying without seeing what your setting in the htaccess. What did you change?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
