I can't get the video to stream in Firefox. I had the same problem. Spent hours to find the solution. Ta-Da! 
For all who are having this same problem you must install addon MediaWrap: Then restart Firefox: cool:
MediaWrap 0.1.7.3

Enable Firefox to play media.
This sexy baby can transparently wrap ActiveX into the Plugins which supported by firefox. You can just link the media files(Wmplayer, Rmplayer, QtPlayer and FlashPlayer) as normally without security problems.
