We just recently purchased Webcam, and can't seem to find a place to enter a registration code, or anything like that.
Is there such a monster, and will it always show trial version???

Hi
What you need to do is uninstall the demo version you have now and then go to http://care.coffeecup.com and login and download the registered version. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

Thanks, that worked!!!
I have Windows 7 64 bit and use Microsoft Lifecam VX-6000 with CoffeeCup Webcam 4.1 and ftp upload to my website . Everything works perfectly except . . . . . . .
When I start CC Webcam the VX-6000 always starts in low resolution B&W. I then have to go into the Video Device dialogue (Connect - Video Dialogs) and reset the settings to Restore or Default. That produces the normal colour image.
My question is this. Is there a way to ensure the webcam always starts with the Restore or Default video settings, not the B&W etc. ?

Ian it might be better to start a fresh thread as your question might not get noticed here as it is different to the thread title.
I'm sorry I don't have an answer but hopefully someone else will.
Also it might be quicker to put in a Support Ticket. Go up to the purple navigation bar and select Get Support I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
