Speed up Webcam ftp

Hello,

I have installed and am able to run coffeecup webcam however it only seems to update at a max rate of 1 frame ever 15 seconds. I would like to have realtime or as close as possible. Is there anything I can do to speed up my frame rate? My internet connection is not the issue here.

Are you running Security Cam instead of WebCam??
