I added several files to my jukebox today and the very last one will not load, for some reason. I've troubleshooted until my eyes are crossed. I need fresh eyes!

I used Expression Web 2.0 to design the site, Vista...can't remember anything else you may need to know. Host is Godaddy.com.
The very last sermon, Anchor Us To Jesus, is the one that will not load & play. Any advice is appreciated!

The .mp3 file is not uploaded to the server which is why it's not playing. http://unitedchristianoutreach.com/Kens … _Jesus.mp3 When I go directly to the file, it doesn't exist. You just need to upload it.

But it is on the server, in the Kensjuke_files, along with all the other sermons that do work. I checked & rechecked, and again just now. Are you able to see what's on my server? I can give the password/user if you need it. I really need to get this fixed...driving me nuts and it's not a long road!

Hiya Amy,
When I click the link that Monica gives that file cannot be found, could it be that you have typed the wrong capitalization of the letters somewhere? That can sometimes be a real pain in links, always best to use small case instead of capitalization for less hassles on links.
Other than that, the link you gave doesn't have that file there or the letters are typed incorrectly, one of the 2. Jo Ann

I'm having the same problem...the first 5 messages that I just uploaded, never load in the player. I've checked and triple-checked the files and the XML file and no luck. Can anyone help with this?

Try taking the # out of the name for the files.
I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.

I would agree. Try taking the # sign out and see if that helps. Also check to make sure the file is indeed there because if I go to http://www.artrobertson.com/myjukebox_f … ans_#5.mp3 I get a 404.

Thanks Scott and Eric...I removed the '#' sign and and changed the name in the xml file. I can see the file on the site when I go to http://www.artrobertson.com/myjukebox_f … mans_5.mp3 , but it still won't load in the jukebox.
