Paid version of Jukebox still plays promo announcement

We purchased Web Video Player a couple of years ago. Recently we were having issues with the player playing that free player promo. I thought the issues resolved themselves but after visiting our site on my Android phone I can still hear that "Free version " promo MP3 when the player loads.

I cannot hear it when I visit our site on my computer or when using my non android Verizon ENV Cell phone.

Any ideas??

Hi Dee

It sounds like you still have the trial version of the SWF and XML files on your server. The fastest way to fix this is to just delete the Jukebox files from your server and then re-upload again using the registered version of Jukebox player.

Try clearing your browser cache and see if that fixes it for you Dee :) Jo Ann

I only hear it on my Android cell phone not my other cell. Isn't that crazy?

I had one of our staff members here test it on his Android phone and we do not hear on there either.

This is a new cell phone and the first time I've used it. There's nothing in my cache.
