I am trying to set-up the Web Jukebox with some MP3 files that I have. However, the Jukebox won't accept my MP3 files. Apparently they are the wrong bitrate. I keep getting a message, something about:
Will not play properly in flash. Will need to convert to a sample rate of 5500, 11025, 20050, or 44100 before it can play in Flash.
Can anyone tell me what program to make this conversion in, or how to do it?

I'm not sure if the original poster has gotten this issue resolved or not, if not, I would suggest you both put in a Support Ticket to CC to get help. Usually if someone doesn't post an answer it's because no one knows what the answer is. Do keep in mind that this is a user to user forum and not the official support place. Put in a support ticket and see if they can help you resolve this
