Hi-
I am an actor and i have a site I built in VSD. I use my site to promote new projects and showcase video clips I'm in and pictures. Recently I recorded some voice-over demos (sample commercials) and I want to be able to play them on my website.
I am new to using Jukebox and had hoped it would be as easy as VSD and Photo gallery. I assumed I could add my MP3 demos and add Jukebox to VSD
Unfortunately I haven't even gotten to the add jukebox to VSD yet. I haven't been able to add my MP3's I get the message
"The MP3 'kelly.<name of spot I'm trying to use>.mp3 will not play properly in flash. You need to convert it to a sample rate of 5500, 11025,22050, 44100 before it can be used in flash"
So....I'm not sure what to do next. I bought JukeBox with the understanding I could use my MP3 do I now need to buy even more software?
I am working on
Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1
64 Bit Operating System
Intel Core i5 CPU with 4 GB RAM

You need to resample the mp3 to a compatible sample rate.
Sound Sample Rate - measured in Hz, this is fixed when the sound file is first recorded, and Flash .SWF files only allow four rates.
The Flash SWF format has sampling rates of:
5500 Hz
11025 Hz
22050 Hz
44100 Hz (preferred setting)
This should do the trick.

I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.
Here's my S-Drive site with
examples of what can be accomplished in VSD.

Hi Eric-
Thanks for that info. How do I resample the MP3's? The files I have are what the recording studio provided me after my session.
THANKS!!
