Wow indeed, thanks for that. I will give it a go tonight and update tomorrow. thanks!

To Answer Eric's earlier question - when I click add image, it allows me to expolre to an image location, but when I selected the image it does nothing after that.

I will try Scott's suggestion.

What? You didn't get the Mac I sent you? I have a signature from your wife accepting it. You better go talk to her about that. ;)

Good evening,

I followed Scott's instrutions chapter and verse but I am afraid I still have the same problem.

One deviation on the above insructions is that dot net is now version 4. Version 3.5 did not install.

I do have a new mesage pop up now when I try to start WIS and that is...

Web Image Studio requires flash plugin 10.1 or higher to run - press OK to get an updated version of flash plugin and restart the application.

...But when I click OK it does nothing

I have double checked that flash is installed OK - I am on version 11

Is there a special version of flash required for this software?

Did you try manually uninstalling Flash and then re-installing it? 10.1 is only the minimum version. It sounds like the program doesn't see your version of Flash installed. Did you do this?

Next step, format that computer I think. ;)

Yes, did the uninstall and reinstall

Firefox confirms that I am on Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102

I would put it down to needing a reformat yes, but the strange thing is it is the same on both my PC's - desktop and laptop - and the laptop has recently been formatted.

Are there any known software conflictions?

I am unaware of any conflicts that I can think of. I am at a total loss on that as well.

One thing to try is uninstall .net 4, reboot and install .net 3.5 and see if that fixes it.

.net 3.5 failed to install before which is why I went to .net 4 - but I will give it another go.

That could be a clue as to why things are having problems.
