I need to have multiple people on the auto response confirmation email (all but one are fixed and will be on the auto response)

I am comfortable editing the php files but not sure which file to edit, can someone direct me please? or is there another way to send auto response confirmation emails to multiple emails?

I can't add them to the notification as that will have another function.

Try it on the form.cfg.php It seems like another user needed the same thing.
