Is it possible to include a table (spreadsheet) into a form
I want to recreate something similar to this:

Hi Pete,
Yes you can place a table in your form. What you can do with it depends on where your hosting your form and your abilities to alter the form if necessary. Do you want to submit data from the table through the form?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Anything else on this? I'd like to have multiple rows in my form for collection of data and then storage of that data in DB. I can handle the storage myself but would love to be able to duplicate a row of several columns over and over in my form without copying and pasting and copying and pasting ...
I don't necessarily want to embed a spreadsheet, but to create spreadsheet look in my form.
Live in a steady joy!

Ctrl + c then ctrl + v seems to work pretty fast.
