I keep getting the error message....
Fatal error: Call to undefined function quoted_printable_encode() in /home/content/14/2873414/html/skydog71/skydogmacon_contact_form/fbapp/php/mailer.cls.php on line 104
... when trying to complete a form. Any insight as to what is going on?

Who's your host? If it's Godaddy you may need to manually configure your email settings.

Other then that maybe check to see what php version your running and make sure it's at least 5.3.
If that's all good try reexporting and uploading your files again.
