You do not open a theme. You apply a theme to a form.

After it says that the theme has been imported successfully, my experience is as follows -
(a) I click on the Themes button, which brings up the Theme Browser;
(b) I set it to show 'All Themes';
(c) I find that the imported theme is in that browser, and I click on it to select it:
(d) that theme appears in the main program panel, and I click on OK in the Themes Browser.

Can you apply more than one theme or style to the same form?

I am trying to have multiple Label positioning for my elements.

Only 1 theme can apply to a form.
