If I read correctly its almost what I was thinking - can it be automated?

I think I didn't explain myself well - My client wants the form results (the information the customer fills out) sent to my client via text OR a notification that a response to his form was sent to his email. Seems a bit redundant to me, why not just check your email on your phone after you have been notified that you rec'd an email? But you know how that goes - they are wanting it!
