I have tried deleting and reloading on my server, and it doesn't work any longer. Had no problems as of last November. Tried putting it up on S-drive and the emails still don't go out. No emails to the client submitting the info, no email to me with the form results.

I am through GoDaddy, and we have confirmed that the email relay works just fine. tested it myself.

Here's my form on S-drive

Can you share your fb file?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

it would appear my issue was regarding malware on our site that caused GoDaddy to shut down all email through our domains. Apparently we have fallen out of favor with Yahoo as a result which is blocking our emails with the following error message...

Error: "554 5.7.9: Message not accepted for policy reasons"

Eric, I'm back! Where do I send my fb file? It doesn't want to attach on the post?

If you have a Dropbox account, you can pop it in there and post the URL to it.

A basic dropbox account is free. Very handy for sharing large files

But you could also upload the fb file to your server and post a link from there.
