Forgive me for asking about this again. I have designed a form which we are going to be using at work for alerts for devices that are down. The form first get filled out with the relevant data and sent to a group list. The initial form is working with no issues. What i am needing to do is recall all of the data stored the DB so we can mark the issue as resolved when needed, is this possible through a URL ? We have a form in place that we used sometime that did but things have changed along the way that made using this form problematic. So I have taken upon myself to reprogram the form. I have not deployed the new form yet..

How do you want to show the data? Which data do you want to show, last sent, by date or some other selector?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I am needing it to recall all data from the specified record. After the record is up then we mark it as resolved which when we click submit again it will update the record in the DB. I hope this makes sense.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
