Hi everyone!

We were hoping to use the webform builder to accept payments for our restaurant buffet bookings. The thing is, there is a different price for kids.

Say, buffet is $10.00 and kids pay 40% less.

I want our customers to be able to enter the number of adults and the number of kids, and at the checkout, it will be able to determine the prices like:

5 adult buffet - $50.00
3 children buffet - $18.00

Total Price - $68.00

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, entirely possible. Quick example using widgets is here ... http://gunsmoke.me/formtest/pm2

What you do is create your page in the form builder using conditionals. Of course you would use adults and children instead of widgets. Enter number of adults, number of children and use price multiplier to get total. If customer doesn't like the total or changes his mind, they can go back and edit entries instead of continuing to PayPal.

If you need more help just post back. I'm sure a lot of folks here can help you out.

Hi! This widget looks really amazing! May I ask how do I integrate it in my webforms?

Thanks so much!

It's not actually a widget. I just used 'widget' as a generic item for the test form.
What you need to do is customize your form to look the way you want it. Then have an entry for the number of adults and children and use the form properties to adjust the prices. I've created and upload a sample form you can look at, and I've also posted a few screen shots here. Let me know if you still need more help. Unfortunately I'm on the road and can't do up a video right now.

You will have to modify the paypal info and email response as I did neither for this demo. Make sure to set payments on your settings screen BEFORE creating your form so that you have the correct options available to you.
