Wouldn't it be easier to combine the two forms?

I am newbie but hope this helps - storing at the same location is controlled by the "settings" of the form. You can have multiple forms writing to the same place "database/table" if the form sitting are posting to the same datable/table.
Another option is adding an HTML element and adding the form there <form> </form>

I am dealing with a similar situation - I have created a signup form and within that form I login form. The problem the button I created for login form still acts like a submit form. Probably need to start another thread with that question. Good luck.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
