Hi. I have one problem and one issue.
Problem: I create a form and configure the Confirm email with a From: = support@domain.com and the form behaves properly (I am taken to a confirmation page and emails are sent). But when I receive the Confirm email, the From: line reads "support". Everything including and following the '@' is missing. I need, at a minimum, the entire email address of support@domain.com to appear in the From: line.
Issue: I would like to configure the From: = Technical Support <support.domain.com>, as shown in a KB article on the Responsive Form Designer. When I do this, the form fails to process - I am left with a blank page and no emails are created.
Please advise. Thank you.
