Images break after upload
Hi
I'm using Web Form Builder 2.5 build 5437. I do a manual export and then FTP the files to my webserver.
Problem: The images that appear correctly in the Form Builder break after uploading. I've checked the server, and there is an image file in the "common" folder with the correct name, but it doesn't display in the browser. Here's a link to the form with the broken image: http://spccevents.com/atips/atips.php
And here's a direct link to that broken image: http://spccevents.com/atips/atips/commo … -atips.jpg
The workaround is manually uploading a working .jpg or .png to the "common" folder on the server, then after I FTP all the files up, I edit the atips.html file and change the logo filename to the one I manually uploaded.
What could be going on, that the Form Builder is corrupting the images? I've tried a .png and a .jpg.
Thanks,
Sonya

You might want to look at your file transfer mode. The files should be uploaded using AUTO. You may have it set to ASCII which can cause issues with binary file types.

I tried AUTO on FileZilla, and the image still broke. I also setup a connection on FireFTP, uploaded, and the image still broke. (As a side note, I changed the image back to a .png, which I'd prefer since it has transparency.)
Thoughts?
Thanks for the help.

Have you contacted your hosting provider to see if you are having any problems with your account? You might for example be out of disk space.

Actually, it looks like FireFTP and FileZilla aren't uploading the new image, as the main php file is referencing an image that isn't on the server.
I looked at the export folder and didn't see the image in there either, so I exited out of the Forms Builder. After re-opening the Forms Builder, I now get an error when trying to open the .fb file. (see attached)
I would recommend opening a support ticket Sonya and we can try and help you solve that issue.
