I figured out how you can integrate the Web Form Builder into a Joomla Article. Wordpress might use a similar solution, but I currently do not have Wordpress installed, I might install just to figure it out if I get enough requests to do so.

I have included screen shots for each of these steps.

NOTE: You have to update the code at the Database Level. I have included instructions but please proceed with CAUTION. You are responsible for proceeding, I cannot stress this enough. Proceed at your own risk.

1.0) Log into your C Panel of your domain.
1.1) Access phpMyAdmin
2.0) Enter your Log In information (usually the same Log In for your C Panel).
3.0) Once Logged into phpMyAdmin – Look at the left hand Panel for the Database that has JOOMLA installed.
3.1) The default for this usually starts with jml1_
4.0) Click on the Database
4.1) This will bring up a list of Tables that are created in the Database.
5.0) Find the Table that ends with _content.
5.1) Click on the Table that ends with _content.
6.0) You should see a list of the JOOMLA Articles that are stored within the _content Table.
6.1) Find the Article that you want to use your Coffee Cup Web Form Builder with.
7.0) Click on the either Edit or Inline Edit.
8.0) Paste the Web Form Builder Code wherever you want to see it appear within your Joomla Article.
9.0) Scroll down the page until you see a Drop-down with the word Save in it.
9.1) Press the GO button.
10.0) Exit out of phpMyAdmin
11.0) Access your Site! You should see the form appear there.

WARNING: If you update your Article within the JOOMLA interface and Save it, your form code will be overwritten in the Database.

Good Luck, hope this helps.

Holy Crap! That's not a good way to do it! People will invariably do something wrong and stuff their DB tables!

Try installing Sourcerer from the JED. You can then add the iFrame code into an article from the Admin interface between the {source}{/source} tags. Easy!

Whichever way I insert the form in Joomla 2.5, it's surrounded by a copy of my site template (within the article). I never had that problem when inserting the old Flash Coffee Cup forms in Joomla 1.5. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?!

I personally don't understand why anyone would want to go through all that trouble to install form in Joomla article. I just use the "wrapper feature". I can install the form in an article or module position. I do this for all my clients websites and it works great. I do have used this technique on Joomla 1.5, 1.7, and 2.5 with no problems.

I'm trying to do this as well. And forgive me if this is a freshman question.....but where do I upload the coffeecup files to? (i.e. folder location...)

The best place to upload the form files is to the same folder that the page is in that you want the form to display on. If not you can change the link reference in the script to absolute.
<script type="text/javascript">// <![CDATA[
document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe src=\"http://mydomain.com/formname/formname.html\" width=\"452\" height=\"1029\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"http://mydomain.com/formname.php\" title=\"formname\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E")); // ]]&gt;
// ]]></script>
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
