I have tried checking the radio button and entering the url to redirect to our acknowledgement page in our web site as you have suggested. That does not work. Because of that tried to enter html code for the page and also tried the option for a confirmation message. That is why I am on here trying to get some support because none of the options work. Perhaps I did not make that clear. The Enquiry- Contact form in our dynamic pages is a shorter form and there are only five required fields in the longer form.

Terms of Business Check box

if you want to test the forms and see the problem which is the same in both.

If I can't get these forms to work I will have to revert to FormMail which has less options but at least its solid.

Please can you tell me which form is not displaying in your Firefox 11?

That is my default browser here and both forms are displaying properly.

The second needs to be accessed from a dynamic page in the site by clicking on the right hand tab marked "Enquiries- Contact" for example on this page http://www.prima-artists.com/profile.php?recordID=Andy%20Abraham

Does your server meet the minimum requirements? PHP 5.1
Try removing the spaces from your form name.
Also make sure you uploaded all your files. I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's so easy to overlook something your not looking for.

Thanks for your attention.

The forms and site are hosted on our new dedicated server. PHP 5.3 is installed
The longer booking from you have tested does not have spaces in the name - BookingForm
The other one on the dynamic pages has been changed and is now called PageEnquiry without spaces. However both forms still do not function correctly as far as confirmation options are concerned.

I have received both test forms from you thanks Also, there were two email notifications that the responses did not reach you: <erohloff@coffeecuphelp.co>: Host or domain name not found. I guess that was intentional as the same was used in both forms.

You will have seen the problems on submitting the forms . The PageEnquiry in the dynamic page example is set to display a response message while the longer BookingForm is set to redirect to another URL.

I can confirm that all files have been uploaded. In root directory we have PageEnquiry.php and BookingForm.php . There are two folders named Page Enquiry and BookingForm each containing the
exorted files.

Am I alone in experiencing this problem?

Your form has a restriction for the amount of characters for the email so I was unable to finish entering it by entering a m.
What are you entering for the url in the redirect? I can't hear what I'm looking at.

25 charactera seems to be the default in email address and I did not change it. Have done so now. Thanks.

I made a simple form and used your url as the redirect and it worked perfect.
I'm testing here now and you must have something setup wrong as it wont forward correctly here either.

Thats good news that it does work - can't see what I have set up wrongly. Both.fb files are coming to you and you will be able to see.

Very interesting....following your analysis to trouble shoot my own headache....I'll try to redirect to the same page that my form is disappearing from! Sounds like we have the same type of problem. Wish me luck.....
