Hi can someone help, I have followed CoffeeCup on how to create a form and upload a form but once on the server I get this message as seen in the pc after I send.

I have saved to desktop and uploaded using ftp I have saved direct to hosting using webdrive and everytime I do this I still get this message.

Ive spent about an hour trying to fix this with no joy and really dont want to use S-Drive as an easy option.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi I have tried again today with the same issue on a complete new page and uploaded direct to the hosting server.

The link is : http://www.sa31.co.uk/formtest.html

I am starting to think settings but I have checked and checked again and can not see what is causing this.

Many thanks

Your server does not meet the minimum requirements. You have PHP 4.x installed but you need PHP 5.1 or higher:

An error which looks to be the same keeps cropping up ( every time ) on my form after I fill it.
Have worked several days on this and keep re-building the form to no avail.
PHP ver 5.2.9
form address: http://www.webgooroo.com.au/form/contac … tactn.html
web form builder ver 1.1, build 3261. Registered Version.
32bit OS, 4Gb ram, intel 2.4Ghz,
Windows Vista Home, Premium Service pack 2.

I tried ipad, with the same result.
