Email Sent Before Paypal Payment -...

When someone submits a web form with a fixed paypal payment, an email is sent even if they don't complete payment. Is it possible that the form is only emailed after payment is made?

Is this still being considered in an update? Are there any other ideas to handle this scenario? It is a lot of work to cross reference the form submissions against the payments to make sure they were all processed.

This would be a great update. Hopefully we will see something like this. Currently I just tell my clients to make sure they get the email from PayPal before they process the order.

Form submission after payment would make much better sense. Hope there is an update to make it so.

Any progress on this? I've just been tasked with setting up a Little League registration form using PayPal and we certainly don't want to be sending out "You Paid" emails when they have not paid! LOL I've got two weeks.

Hi Jim,

I would recommend you not put "You Paid" in your auto deliverable via web form builder. The only way you can really confirm payment is to wait for your email from paypal.

Is this now addressed in the latest 2.5 update? It would be great if you could send a confirm email before (and/or) after confirmed payment has been made. Even have emails sent out if payment was cancelled or failed would be a bonus.
