I have built a form with WFB. I went to the Settings, E-Mail Notices. The Notification message is checked. I have in the To: field the e-mail address the message is to be sent to. In the drop down menu I have selected [email3] as it was the only option.
I then saved the form, went to File/Export/ Manual Server Setup. I placed the folder Contact1in a folder. I uploaded everything inside the Contact1_export folder. The form is showing and when I try and send a message I do get the response on the web site that it was sent, but it does not go to the e-mail address specified. This is on GoDaddy and here is a link www.phbcmarketing.com
I have everything setup as I do on my site that is hosted on S-Drive with the only difference being the manual server setup over the simple Publish feature for S-Drive.

Hi Jack,

This is a well known issue with GoDaddy email accounts. You may just want to do a quick search of the forums you will find lots of info on it.

It has to be a GoDaddy issue and the WFB. I went back and added the clients gmail address in as a CC and it the test went right through.

Yep I figured so. There are multiple threads in here that talk about it.

OK, have a new problem. Have been using Web Form builder for many years, and have several forms on line and on a a club website and others. They have been working just fine, but this year none of my forms are working. A few of the forms are Go Daddy. The important ones not working are NOT on Go Daddy. It says the form has been received, and gives the sender the info on a webpage, but never get an e-mail conformation. No copy comes to me as the owner of the form. What is happening and how do I fix it. I am now using version 2.4 build 5318

Since Form Builder does not auto-update itself, I would suggest you contact your hosting company and see if they can offer some help there. Something on the server could have changed.
