Unfortunately I don't think that is possible. I would have liked to be able to do that myself too.

If you want to translate month and day names to German language it is possible.
Look up this file: c:\Program Files (x86)\CoffeeCup Software\Web Form Builder\library\editor\common\js\lang\messages_datepicker.js
This will show you the English language. Just translate what you want to the German language.
On this page it is translated into Danish http://b-l-f.dk/index.php/indrapporter-senior-fangst
Click inside the dato field and you will see the month names and day names in Danish.

Joda, vi har så vidt litt snø her i den sørligste delen av Norge. Og det er meldt kaldere, så kanskje den blir liggende i julen. Hvor i Nordjylland? Vi er ofte i Hirtshals og Hjørring.

For those who are wondering, it's just a wee private conversation between Søren and me, mainly about the weather in Denmark and Norway, and including good wishes for Christmas and the new year.
