I'm hoping there is a simple solution and I've just overlooked it.

In WFB under the notification tab there is a prebuilt template called 'Submit Alert Smooth'.

At the bottom it says:

"In case you need to contact the person that submitted a form, drop him or her an email at the address submitted: [insert form builder variable for the email input field]"

The field for email is simply called 'email'. So I added [email]. When the notification email is received, the users email is there and looks correct. It is clickable, but when it is clicked and it opens up outlook/windows live/or whatever email client you are using, the email is not populated at the top.

Instead I get: [insert form builder variable] where the email address should be.

What am I missing here?

Hi Ron,
Looks like a bug as I can confirm that it doesn't insert the email variable into the theme. I also see as you select various variables to insert into the email they get pasted into the template name at the top of the notification editor. Open a support topic and be sure to share a link to this thread in it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
