I can not install web form builder on my surface 3 with Windows 10. I am told that it is missing a Net 2.5 3.0 driver and it fails to get from the Internet and shuts down. Can you please help?

You are going to have to go and ask Microsoft for help there as it is not really an application problem. Quick question, are you all up to date with updates? Have you tried searching for the drivers online? Have you tried installing version 3.5 as thats the latest .net for win10.
