I have uploaded all files to correct location.

Judging from the video it looks like my web host supports streaming video and .swf files.
If this makes a difference or helps here is some information that may or may not be pertnent:
1) Host is www.omnis.com and I am on a Unix server.
2) I use Expression Web 3.0 for designing.
3) When it asked me to save the file I saved it as tagliabotoxvideo and the program created a tagliabotoxvideo_files folder that stores all the images for the video player as well as the actual three videos that would be in the playback list.
4)I have attached several screen shots and one showing the files and that actual code that I placed in the web page as directed by the Coffee Cup Video Player Program.
I have also attached a .pdf document on streaming video on an Omnis hosting server.
I am not sure if it relates, but I could not make heads or tails from that and it may just be more of a distraction than help.
Any recommendations of what I need to do to make this work, would be very helpful.

I just answered your support ticket as well. You did not upload any of the files. The SWF, XML and all the images and videos are missing on your server. You need to upload those. Check your support ticket for the full details.
