Have tried downloading the program again? Sometimes, the downloads seem to be faulty.

With a fresh download, un-install the program, and restart your computer. Now install again, and see if that fixes your problem.

yohoyoho,

Sorry that I did not notice this earlier, but you seem to be using a very old version of the CoffeeCup Web Video Player. I am not sure what the most current version is currently, but I have version 4.9 on my computer, and you are reporting version 1.

Have you downloaded the latest version on the CoffeeCup website? Bill R.

Have you tried closing some of the programs running in the background, ( ctrl+alt+delete) one time, then end task. or maybe anti-virus or firewall software stopping it? worth a shot "It's A Smart Person That Asks"

yohoyoho,

I am stumped. Maybe Bruce will be of more assistance. If not, you may want to make direct contact with CoffeeCup. Bill R.

Did the trial by chance work? Can you try going to ccleaner.com and run a check on your system and see if it finds any problems? ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~
