I converted a .mov file all went well but when I try to view it on a web page after uploading it, it doesn't show. Only thing I get is a white block on a black background page.

Thanks Levi Abbott the issue is resolved. The problem was that certain files were not uploaded.

My question is also why are there two .play.jpg and two .pl.jpg files listed by the video player are files that need to be uploaded? There's only one of each created. I upload what has been created, copy and paste the code I'm given and get a blank white square on my webpage. Any suggestions?

Dbl check that you uploaded all the files to your server.

Also try taking out the () in this file name.

The code I used (re did it after checking your response) is also below. Still getting the same result. I was also curious as to why the video player gives the myvideoplayer_files/play.jpg and pl.jpg twice on the list of files to be uploaded? I only find one of each file in the folder it was saved to. Just to clarify this is how the list of files to be uploaded looks in the player's window. It states there's two of those two files to be uploaded but only creates one of each?

I just made a video myself, and used the "no skin" option, as you stated above it does show dbl play and pl buttons, in the upload window but in the actual video player_files folder there is only 1 as it is suppose to be. Usually when a white box is showing means your missing a file, the buttons and video files should be in a folder and outside that folder should be the swf, xml, and html, is this how it is on your server?

Oh yes. I am an idiot! LOL I couldn't get the FTP to launch from the video player, so I uploaded each file but DID NOT put the ones back in a folder on my server. That's working now! Thank you very much all who offered help!!!

PS Does anyone know if it is possible to add a full screen option to the videos made with this program? The size I have on my site is fine for the intro logo, but once I start posting actual films I'd like to have a full screen option. Thanks again!
