Hello all, I have been recently trying to publish a video on my site by using the web video player but have run into some troubles. The people of tech support helped me well and I got this far but I am unfortunetly stuck again

2. Windows 7
3. I have the latest version as it was downloaded only a week ago
4. registered version
5. After creating a movie file and converting it to FLV I add the video to my web video player project. I save said file in my websites project folder after which I copy and upload to the server. i upload using the video players upload function first. Then afterwards using the HTML editor software I upload my website project. The result is as you see on the site.
6. For the past day it has yes.
7. Sadly I have no other computer to test this upon

Thank you for your time in looking into this with me, it's driving me a bit batty.

It took a short time to load, but then it started to play for about 1.5 seconds. All I heard was just a few notes of music. hogansbassets.com

Does it preview on your local machine ok? I think you should try uploading all the files again because I get an error on some of your player images.

I tried opening flv file in real player and that played for just a few seconds.

It looks like most of the player images are missing. Try manually uploading the grandmamovie_files folder and everything in it to your server and see if that helps.

I went back through the motions and redid the movie in Windows movie maker before sending it through the converter and into the Web Player. I tried uploading the files by uploading them after they were put into the HTML editor via saving the project from the web player into them. It unfortunatly did not work and the video still shows file missing I'm guessing as it will still only play the first 1.5 seconds of video even while showing full video and player on previews, in both programs and even in test in broswer.

Which program are you using to ftp the files? I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.
