Well, Jo Ann and Tom... as I said in my original post, I get the ERROR message even with NO Anti Virus software installed.
The chances of all these people having the same third party software causing this problem is improbable. The one thing that we do know is the same in all situations is that we are using the Coffee Cup program... a program that clearly has a flaw that has yet to be fixed.
I posted in this thread trying to be polite to CC, avoiding unnecessary trouble tickets... but since this clearly does NOT work, I'll now open the trouble ticket and see where that goes. I must admit, though, considering the history of this thread... I'm not holding my breath.
