Hello,

It could be that you do not have the most current version of Adobe flash Player installed on your system. To check what version of flash player that you have and update, please visit this link.

I have been getting the same error when converting files. I have to use an older version of the program in order to avoid getting that error message 100 times while the video is converting. When the conversion is complete, I have to close every one of those little error boxes! For me, it does not matter what file type I try to convert.
The "100 times" is not an exageration. It can be much more if the files size is large. E-Learning Specialist

Re-installing the windows codec's may resolve the issue.

I downloaded as you suggested. Afer installing the newest video software from CoffeeCup, I still received the same error window while converting files. It happened less often, and only left me with 35 error windows to close, instead of 100.
I will continue to use an older version of web video player software until this is resolved. E-Learning Specialist

Are all the files you are trying to convert AVI? Do the same error messages appear when converting a MOV or MPG for example?

Just trying to find a common denominator of the problem. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

I have tried every file type I can have. I don't do AVI files much. Mostly mpg, mpeg, wma and I think I even tried a .mov file. They all give me repeat error windows. The only good thing is that now I seem to get less of them, but still it is a pain to have to keep closing those little boxes.
I have gone back to an earlier version of the software that works fine on my computer. I might be missing some of the new features, but at least I can use it without errors. E-Learning Specialist

Hi I get the same error too. I just ignore it. Drives me nuts though I gave up on trying to fix it. The video still works.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
