When I try to convert short .mov or .wmv files to swf files with the video player I keep getting an 'Active X Runtime Error 429'. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue.... can't even use this software. Paid for over 2 years ago & am still waiting to find out why it does not work

BOTH of you should probably submit a Support Ticket... Although there is a chance that another user here MAY know the solution, this forum is a user-to-user support group. CC staff members do drop in from time to time (and Scott is the most frequent flyer) but there's no guarantee that they see your posts. A support ticket ensures that you will get your message in someones hands.
