Bought the program and converted a file, uploaded all the files and it plays sound but no video. HELP!!

Hi Bob,
would you happen to have a link so we could maybe see what the problem is?
could use a little more info too. like you see a white box, or what OS your using, what version of Video Player, what you converted through the program (mpg-avi) but a link would be best. thanks "It's A Smart Person That Asks"
