Hi, I just down-loaded a trial version of your video player and it works fine locally but not when it's uploaded to my site. Please note the player interface shows up but it doesn't play. Everything is up on the server. I also used your MP3 player in the same fashion and it works fine on my server. I tried both FLV & MOV (which converted fine to FLV's) still no luck. Can you please help... if it works for me I'll make the purchase.

Brad, any chance that you could post your url so we can take a quick look? Also, what program are you using to create your site in, that may help as well.

I'm using Dreamweaver to post it. All files are up on the server in the default folders and the FLV is: myvideoplayer_files/joshshaheen.flv

Hi Brad,
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see that the .flv file has not uploaded totally. Go make sure that is all up on your server where it should be. I just did a video myself today, and that was precisely the problem.

I've tried just about everything I can think of. Everything is on the server and none of the default file names and locations are changed. XML seems right.

Ok.......... so your html file has to be in the open root folder, and then you will have a folder there called myvideoplayer_files and inside that you should have the jpgs and flv files. So looking at my own example in the image here............ my open root folder is janwyse.com and inside that you should have the html file, the .xml and .swf and then a folder myvideoplayer_files with all the rest inside - the .jpgs and .flv
Have you got those?

Now whether this has something to do with being a trial version, that I really don't know. How about a direct mail through to Scott Swedorski on this one?
Really sorry I don't know what else to suggest. What are you using for uploading? I only ask because as I probably mentioned, I still have to make a point of using an external ftp program for uploading that .flv file.......
