Hi Chris, is that plant edible? I recently took a trip out to our local pistachio ranch and purchased a few bags of mixed nuts and they were awesome! I myself prefer chocolate covered almonds or pistachios that are already cracked.

Oh Uncle! That's awful!! You should always shell your own pistachios. That's half the fun, isn't it ?? :D

UncleMap, the nut is in the shell within the 'leaves'. Looks a bit like a hazlenut but they're softer. Only ever seen them in the UK.
