Dear CoffeeCup,
I've purchased about six of your products and I really enjoy using them.
But recently, I've tried downloading products that I've purchased for your site from two different broadband lines and I get EXTREMELY SLOW download speeds. It is taking near an hour to download the forms program. Can anything be done about this? Or, is there another way to get our programs via ftp from another location? I've seen others mention this as well.
Additionally, the pages on your website are slow to load and this forum is slow to load as well. Something must not be right here--but I'm not having this problem with any other site.
I cannot see that these very slow download speeds help to add customers to your Bluedomino site and thus it would be beneficial to make this a priority.

I apologize for that. Our servers are extremely overloaded due to the launch of six new programs at once.
