Since I am on the forum, I wanted to share a great customer service experience.

On Christmas Eve, I noticed that my Website Font wasn't showing up under software I purchased. It was showing up as software I had NOT purchased. I sent in an email letting them know of the discrepancy. I didn't expect a reply for a couple of days because there was a message on the website stating that they were closed but would monitor the support emails as best they could.

I proceeded to order the Shopping Cart Creator and by the time my purchase was done, not only did I have a reply, but the issue was fixed!

I have since deleted the email response so I don't have the person's name, but I just wanted to say thanks. I forgot to post this sooner. Sorry about that.

I too, so far, have received excellent support from the guys at Coffee Cup. It is not their fault that i am still trying to discover fire. they have been very patient.

Yep... I can personally vouch for Scott. I've seen him on here at all hours of the day/night, on holidays, etc... Probably takes a laptop to dinner/movies/bowling dates and only goes where there's WiFi Hotspots :)

Way to keep 'em happy CC!!! Who needs sleep?

I agree with everyone here. The value of the technical support you receive from Coffee Cup when you purchase software is worth MORE than what you pay just for the software, and there are no "per incident" fees like most companies charge. Honestly, I keep thinking they're going to get mad at me for asking so many questions, but they just keep helping me and then saying "let us know if there is anything else we can do for you." Honestly I've been dumbfounded by the level of support I have received from Coffee Cup software. Chad Spillars

I have to agree 100%, the help and technical support is superb. CoffeeCup react so much quicker than other IT organisations I have dealt with.

I haven't bought all the software yet...... only these so far:

Flash Firestarter
Photo Gallery
RSS News Flash
Shopping Cart Creator
Web Form Builder

Suppose it's only a matter of time till I find a use for rest....

So you won't find better than Scott and the team at CoffeeCup, I for one salute you. A big thank you from me :D www.kwayzekatz.co.uk <--- Site developed using CoffeeCup Software: Shopping Cart Creator, Web Form Builder, Photo Gallery, RSS News Flash, Flash FireStarter, Web Video Player, Flash Menu Builder, Shopping Cart Designer

Um, I bought ALL the software CC offers at the same time just because it was so much cheaper that way. At the time I purchased the software I actually only needed VSD, Flash Blogger, Web Video Player, Web Jukebox, and Flash Firestarter, but I knew I would eventually find a use for the other softwares.

SInce that time I have found uses for Photo Gallery, Google Sitemapper, Gif Animator, Flash Website Search, Direct FTP (which unfortunately is a little glitchy), and Web Form Builder.

PS-This is my 100th post! I feel like I should get a prize or something from Coffee Cup ;)

Maybe not from CoffeeCup, but how would it be if we gave you a custom signature so you don't need to type your name and site link every time? :)

Just go to your profile and fix it up. :D Bill R.
