Ctrl+F5 is supposed to retrieve everything new from the server, no cached contents. But is doesn't always work that way. Some servers send server-cached contents even if Ctrl+F5 is pressed.
Oh, and a question: How do you do Ctrl+F5 on a MacBook? Anyone?
