Does anyone have recommendations for affordable (or free) software that would allow me to remotely login to a customer's PC and fix problems or do something like configure their email software for them? I was looking at Bomgar, but, it's a little pricey.

Thanks.

I agree with Scott, TeamViewer is is a great program. I had my brother put it on my sister-in-laws computer without her knowing. :D That was a lot of fun.

Teamviewer is great but be careful when using it for business on the free version. There is an option at the beginning of the install that asks if its for personal use or Professional. I think they want you to pay if you are a for profit organization.
