Thank U Scott, Not a Mac problem ????
What happened is our 2nd pc trying to open a program it asked "open with" and put IE but now ALL shortcuts changed to a IE shortcut even our WinZip shortcut we get a down load window that says run and save . Even the Chrome is IE . I tried opening regedit and that does not work. Virus scan shows clean . It seems to be A Shortcut target problem??? I deleted Java and Acrobat also.

Are we in big doo doo ???

You have changed your file association. You can turn it back to which ever program you need by following the instructions here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/307859

ALL Fixed....:) Thank you ALL for taking the time to help me we appreciate it very much. It seems that the youtube link Mansour sent ( Thank you) I was able to use that and then go to the Win 7 forum like it said and followed the information given and lo and behold ALL back to normal :D. It was such a simple thing ( if you know it) and we bookmarked the url for future needs which I am sure will occur. I really got concerned when we could not even open regedit as some suggested. All I can say is " A great group here on CC"

Thank you all again,
Ray

Note: Scott or administrator thanks for adding this to the Break Room, never knew it was here  BUT I do now!
