I'm guessing you're writing to the wrong person/people/email or something Matt. I have never "not" gotten an answer from the Apycom team in all the years I've used their software. It may sometimes take a day, but I've always gotten an answer and almost always a favorable one. Check to be sure you're writing to the right place.

It's 10 different sliders, all from different companies. I don't know off-hand if I have any of them or if I have used any of them.
I doubt I'd be much help with any of them though. It only took me 4+ hours to put a simple carousel on a site today. :lol:
